Cimline ME-Series Mastic Melter Machine

Cimline has created a new product line for customers that use prepackaged mastic as part of their pavement maintenance process. The ME Series was designed to be a straightforward, reliable and safe way for operators to be able to apply mastic repairs to a wide range of pavements such as asphalt roadways and parking lots.

Range of Capacities:
Starting with 60 gallons and going up to 250 and 350 gallons capacities, the ME Series offers an ideal size for all applications. The ME1 is uniquely designed for operations in limited spaces, and can be carried on a pickup bed or similar. For higher productivity, the 250 and 350 gallon sizes can be filled and used for extended periods before reloading. This pays dividends for larger government entities who cover a lot of ground or contractors where time is money.

Cimline Reliability:
Sturdy and simple to understand controls, proven engine reliability (Isuzu Tier IV diesel engine on the ME2 and ME3 models or Kohler gasoline engine on the ME1), heavy duty auger and bearings, thick 7 gauge steel tank design. All these features make the Cimline ME Series the obvious choice.
